You will:

• work as part of a busy team

• supervise and assist children during the lunchtime, inside and outside the school building

• engage with happy, motivated children in a positive and friendly manner

• have an understanding of the importance of play

• be willing to participate in relevant training to provide First Aid support on the playground.

You also need to be patient, aware of the need for confidentiality and able to work under pressure.

The school has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You will be required to undergo rigorous recruitment procedures which include a Disclosure and Barring Service check, previous employment check, and occupational health clearance.

KS2 Class Teacher

Salary: MPS/UPS depending on experience
