What is the PTFA
A warm welcome from the PTFA (Parent, Teacher and Friends Association) of Stag Lane Schools.
We are a newly formed PTFA at Stag Lane Schools. The PTFA is led by dedicated parents and teachers who volunteer their time to the School’s rich and diverse community; committed to the wellbeing of our children, to their education and social care.
What is our aim?
Every year schools are faced with government budget cuts, our aim is:
- To organise events and raise funds to advance the education of our children.
- To provide opportunities for children, parents, carers, and teachers
- To build strong links between home and school life
- To provide a set of fun events and activities for the enjoyment of the whole community.
Can I volunteer?
YES!! You automatically become a member of the Stag Lane Schools Parent, Teacher and Friends Association (PTFA) as your child/ children attend the school.
Everyone is welcome to join in with any activity, whether on the committee or not; we are a diverse team from different backgrounds, and with different skills sets. Some of us work full-time, whilst others are home-makers. The diversity is what helps ensure that the PTFA have the combination of skills and ideas to make it successful.

PTFA Fundraising
Parent Teacher Friends Association events are great fun for the Children, parents and teachers of Stag Lane Schools. Fundraising is vital to the school, as government funding to schools like ours is continually cut. Here are some information about what the PTFA has fundraised from events and therefore invested back into our school.
